This is a friendly reminder that the White Pine Lodge Annual Meeting is set for this Saturday, 1 March 2025, at the Selkirk Lodge.

A quorum is needed to conduct official business. This entails that approximately 35 units need to be represented at the meeting either by proxy or in person. You can obtain the proxy form here.

Please email back if you give the Board your proxy for quorum reasons only or fill out the proxy form that is referenced above. You can use the contact form here to send your message and form to either the HOA President or HOA Property Manager.
