Just a quick update :

Our spa project is going  well. The target date has moved to mid December.  No unforeseen items have arisen and the project is going  as planned.

We are attempting to add some small  enhancements and are also working to include hydronic heat at the garage level B entry.

Finally,  if you have an outstanding balance on your spa assessment,  please make that payment asap as we have large invoices coming our way and the final payment was due October 1st.
