The Special Meeting of The Homeowners Association will be held April 8, 2024 at 4:00PM PST in the Selkirk Lodge conference room at the Selkirk Lodge. The purpose of this meeting is to vote on expanding and improving the spa area. The spa project information packet can be found here. Proposed design renderings can be seen in our prior post as well as in the information packet. This meeting will also be available by Zoom (see here for Zoom details).

For this meeting to occur, whether or not you will be attending, it is paramount that you sign and submit the Revocable Proxy Form so a quorum can be recached. These forms were previously mailed out by Tom Curtiss’ office. If you did not receive a notification and proxy form in the mail, please contact Tom Curtiss’ office.
